Frequently asked questions
How much time does the program require?
The exercises and acupressure protocols can take up to 20-30 mins a day. You’ll need a little extra time each week to join the Q&A and work through the modules, usually not more than 2 additional hours a week.
Do you offer a guarantee that I will get pregnant?
No one can guarantee that you’ll get pregnant by any means. Anyone who does would be lying to you - even the best reproductive endocrinologist. I can guarantee that if you follow the steps and protocols outlined in the program that your health, wellbeing and fertility will improve and your chances of conceiving will increase significantly. There is plenty of evidence suggesting that women who use holistic modalities and mind-body programs have much higher rates of success conceiving - naturally or with IVF - than women who don’t.
Most women that go through the program will conceive naturally. If you don’t and do decide to do IVF or other ART’s, using the tools and protocols outlined in the program will increase your chances of success and provide you with more resilience through the process.
Do you offer a payment plan?
Yes I do! We can discuss what kinds of payment options would work best for you during our Clarity Call.
Is everything I’ll need included in the program?
The program includes all the knowledge, information and support I can give you. As well as a 3-month supply of moxa, acupressure ear seeds, and basic supplements. You may need additional herbs or supplements that would be recommended during the Kickstart Consult and will be an additional fee.
Do you offer hormone or lab testing?
No. I don’t rely on labs to help my clients, because labs are simply a single snapshot in time, meaning that they’re reductionist in nature and don’t allow for a holistic view of what’s actually going on. I find that deciphering the pattern of your symptoms allows for a more accurate representation of what your body and your hormones are up to.
However, if you already have labs, they can be an extremely helpful piece of the puzzle and most women I work with have had a full hormone panel and work up done. It also never hurts to get other tests done such as the HSG and pelvic ultrasound to make sure there are no functional issues impeding your fertility.
Is this program just for me, or can my husband or partner also participate?
The program is geared towards supporting women in boosting their fertility since women's hormonal profiles and reproductive systems tend to be more complicated. And it’s still women that have the womb and will carry their future baby. However, there are lots of extra tips and bonuses for men mixed into support healthy sperm production and motility and many of the same dietary and detox principals can be followed by him to support male hormonal balance and sperm quality.
There will also be opportunity to do some of the activities together - such as moxa - if you so choose.
I want to do IVF, but I’m looking for extra support. Can I do your program?
The Simply Fertile System is designed to support women in getting pregnant naturally. However, the tools and protocols can be used alongside IVF and IUI and can increase chances of success. Going through rounds of ART (assisted reproductive technology) often involves a different level of emotional burden and the necessity of additional detox and reset protocols between cycles. We can talk about your specific circumstances and if the program would be a good fit or not.
Do you work with lesbian couples?
I fully support the right of any couple to become parents. Since this would most likely (but not always!) involve the use of ART, as mentioned above, we can assess your unique circumstances to determine if men and my program would be the appropriate support for you.
